My Background
I bring over 20 years of design experience to the table, the majority of those years being in a corporate, in-house design agency serving the meetings and events industry. My career path started the way it probably does for a great many designers — crayons at a young age (especially purple, a LOT of purple) which then progressed to markers, pencils, pens, paint and eventually the computer — all leading me to where I am today.
My Process and Focus
Knowing that design and functionality should be treated with equal importance, I use my creative and technical background to help my clients communicate effectively through designs that excite, inspire and bring clarity to their message.
My Process is simple…
DISCOVER:
I get to know my clients and gain an understanding of their creative needs and objectives.
DESIGN:
The first step is to brainstorm and explore multiple solutions using imagination, creativity and innovative design techniques.
DEVELOP:
I get feedback from my client and rework and refine my ideas and layouts accordingly.
DELIVER:
When the right design solution has been settled upon, I begin production and deliver eye-catching designs with clear messaging.
A Little Bit About Myself
I was born and raised in breathtaking South Africa — a multi-cultural county with plenty of sunshine, mountains, oceans and rivers — but I have called Ohio home for over 30 years now. I’m not going to lie, it took me a while to get used to the cold, snowy winters, but now I actually look forward to them!
Being a child of Africa instilled in me a great love and appreciation for wildlife and nature and I am passionate about the conservation and protection of not just African wildlife, but wildlife all around the world.
